Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support AMNOG dossiers and HTA activities for Germany. The role targets biostatisticians or data scientists with strong clinical evidence translation and statistical programming expertise.

You'll analyze trial data, perform meta-analyses, automate workflows, and collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, and EU-HTA teams. Fluent German and English is essential, and a Master’s or PhD in biostatistics or data science is preferred.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Initial experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access and/or clinical development.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with clinical study data and industry standards (CDISC SDTM/ADaM).
Familiarity with the German AMNOG process, IQWiG methodology, or G‑BA procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on programming statistical analyses for Module 4.
Perform scientific assessment and analysis of clinical trial data, including efficacy, safety, and endpoints.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA Team).
Ensure scientific quality, clarity, and consistency of generated outcomes.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G BA, and HTA bodies.
