Logista in Spain is seeking an experienced HRBP to partner with business leaders and shape people strategies that align with organizational goals. You will design and evaluate HR initiatives in a multicultural, dynamic environment, collaborating with HR COEs to support growth and transformation.

Formación

• 7-10 years of HR experience.
• 1-2 years as HRBP.
• Previous experience in recruitment.
• Fluency in English: C1 level.

• Plan, design and evaluate HR initiatives aligned with short- and long-term business goals.
• Develop human capital management policies in a multicultural environment.
• Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand performance issues and people needs.
• Collaborate with other HR Business Partners and HR COEs.
• Attract, recruit and select talent (Direct Search); develop HR practices; implement learning & development solutions and HR policies.
• Manage retention strategies; oversee performance management; coordinate personnel administration.
• Participate in local and group HR projects.
