Jobtailor is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the revenue organization in Spain and collaborate with global business units. You will guide workforce planning, performance management, and people topics across the HR spectrum.

In this role you will serve as a trusted contact for employee relations, enable OKRs, and participate in international HR projects while fostering a constructive office environment and high employee engagement.

Formación

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Analytical and goal oriented.
• Thorough knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
