OLX Group in Barcelona is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Product & Tech to partner with leadership, coach managers, and drive development and retention of talent. You will advise C-level and senior leaders on people strategies, translate HR programs into actionable plans, and support employee engagement across locations to foster a high-performing organization.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain partnerships with the leadership team to create a business- and data-driven People Agenda
• Advise leaders on growth strategies to retain high-potential employees and address underperformance
• Monitor progress against the People Agenda and adjust as needed
• Facilitate employee engagement action planning with business leaders
• Develop understanding of key talent and ensure development plans are in place
• Identify talent development needs and partner with Talent team to close gaps
• Translate and implement HR programs; educate leaders and manage communications and timelines
• Partner with leaders and employees to resolve complex employee relations issues

In this role you will partner with leadership to set a data-driven People Agenda aligned with business goals, coach managers, and drive development and retention of talent.
