Michael Page is seeking an HR professional for an initial temporary contract based in Madrid, focusing on HR strategy and end-to-end people management across Spain and Belgium.

In this role you will partner with business leaders, oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance and compensation policies, and ensure compliance while driving organizational change in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle: planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, engagement, compensation and offboarding.
• Manage employee relations as first point of contact for inquiries and HR issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and propose improvements.
• Support change management to drive business transformation.
• Coordinate recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR matters for all staff levels.
