Jobtailor in Spain is seeking an HR Business Partner to translate business strategy into HR priorities across Portugal and Spain. You will drive performance and development while leading organizational effectiveness initiatives and country-level HR projects.

The role requires fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English, with a strong knowledge of Portuguese labour legislation and experience in a manufacturing plant environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar.
• Master’s in HR or MBA is a plus.
• 4–5 years of HR generalist or BP experience in Portugal.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar (Master’s in HR or MBA is a plus)
• At least 4–5 years of HR generalist or BP experience in Portugal.
• Experience working within manufacturing or production plant environment is mandatory.
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Knowledgeable and understand Portuguese labor legislation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, international organization
