WACKER is seeking an HR Specialist in León to contribute to procedures, prepare documentation, and create periodic management reports within a global technology-driven environment. You will advise department heads on labor relations and help design company policies and trainings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Works Councils, development of labor relations strategies, and supporting talent development while promoting equal opportunities and inclusion across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR department.
• Social and communication skills.
• Creativity, flexibility, and resilience.
• Ability to work in a team and be proactive.
• Strong organizational skills.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation of documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports for management.
• Participate in working groups for the development of the department or project.
• Support and advise department heads and employees on labor relations matters.
• Resolve labor issues by applying the relevant collective bargaining agreement and other general legislation (Spanish, European, etc.).
• Provide support in dialogue and communications with Works Councils.
• Provide support in the development and design of company policies, regulations, and individual and collective agreements.
• Provide support in relations with educational institutions, job fairs, etc.
• Provide support in the design and implementation of the training plan.
• Design, draft, and distribute general communications, promoting and ensuring their dissemination to all levels of the company.
• Provide support in the performance evaluation and talent development processes.
