Mitsubishi Power EMEA is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our Madrid office and deliver day‑to‑day HR support for the Spanish business. We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our Madrid office and take responsibility for providing day-to-day HR support to the Spanish business.
As the standalone HR professional based in Madrid, you will be the principal point of contact for employees and managers on local HR matters. You will provide practical advice throughout the employee lifecycle, support managers with people-related decisions and ensure local HR practices remain consistent with company policies and Spanish employment legislation.
Although this is a standalone position in Madrid, you will form part of the wider MPW-EMEA HR function and work with regional HR colleagues when appropriate.
This is a broad and hands-on role covering employee relations, HR administration, manager support, policies, HR systems, recruitment coordination, onboarding and employee development. It would suit a confident HR professional who is comfortable working independently, exercising sound judgement and building trusted relationships across the business.
