WACKER is seeking an HR Specialist to join our León team. You will contribute to HR procedures, assist in documentation, and prepare reports for management.

You’ll engage with department heads on labor relations, support in policy development, and participate in educational outreach and workforce development initiatives. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR-related fields and have at least 3 years in HR, with strong social and organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR department.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to procedures, departmental objectives, and responsibilities.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports for management.
• Participate in working groups for development of the department or project.
• Support and advise department heads and employees on labor relations matters.
• Resolve labor issues by applying the relevant collective bargaining agreement and general legislation (Spanish, European).
• Provide support in dialogue and communications with Works Councils.
• Assist in design and implementation of company policies, regulations, and agreements.
• Support relations with educational institutions and job fairs.
• Assist in training plan design and implementation.
• Draft and distribute general communications to all levels of the company.
• Support performance evaluation and talent development processes.

Job Description:

• Provide support in relations with educational institutions, job fairs, etc.
• Provide support in the design and implementation of the training plan.
• Design, draft, and distribute general communications, promoting and ensuring their dissemination to all levels of the company.
• Provide support in the performance evaluation and talent development processes.

Required Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR department.
• Social and communication skills.
• Creativity, flexibility, and resilience.
• Ability to work in a team and be proactive.
• Strong organizational skills.
• English proficiency is a plus.
