WACKER in León, part of a global technology group, is seeking an HR Specialist to join a diverse team and contribute to procedures, labor relations, and training plan development. You will support department heads and employees, prepare reports, and participate in company policy design and communications.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or related field, have 3+ years in HR, strong social and communication skills, and are proactive team workers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business Admin, Law, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR department.
• Strong social and communication skills.
• Creativity, flexibility, and resilience.
• Ability to work in a team and be proactive.
• Strong organizational skills.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to procedures, departmental objectives, and responsibilities.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports for management.
• Participate in working groups for development of the department or project.
• Support and advise department heads and employees on labor relations matters.
• Resolve labor issues by applying the relevant collective bargaining agreement and other general legislation.
• Provide support in dialogue and communications with Works Councils.
• Provide support in the development and design of company policies, regulations, and agreements.
• Provide support in relations with educational institutions and job fairs.
• Provide support in the design and implementation of the training plan.
• Draft and distribute general communications to all levels of the company.
• Support in performance evaluation and talent development processes.
