Momentum Global is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to drive end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across multiple European markets. You will coordinate payroll activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide expert HR guidance to employees and managers in a fast-paced, international setting.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in HR operations, strong knowledge of payroll and labour law, and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like Personio, BambooHR, or Workday.

• 2+ years’ experience in HR / People Operations
• Exposure to payroll and labour law across at least one European market
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries
• Familiarity with HR systems (Personio, BambooHR, Workday or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding) across multiple European markets
• Support and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
• Act as the go-to person for HR queries, providing guidance to employees and managers
• Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies across jurisdictions
• Maintain and optimise HR systems (HRIS), ensuring high quality, reliable data
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, driving efficiency and scalability
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders on people-related matters
• Contribute to building a high-performing, people-centric culture

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping People Operations in a scaling business, supporting multiple markets and helping build efficient, people-first processes from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and manageend to end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding) across multiple European markets
• Support and coordinate payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations

• Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies across jurisdictions
• Maintain and optimise HR systems (HRIS), ensuring high quality, reliable data

• Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders on people related matters

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years’ experience in HR / People Operations, ideally in an international or fast-growth environment
• Exposure to payroll and labour law across at least one European market
• Experience managing employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Personio, BambooHR, Workday or similar)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach

Language requirements

• Spanish (C1+)
• Strong English communication skills are also highly valued in this international environment
