Mitsubishi Power EMEA is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our Madrid office and deliver day‑to‑day HR support for the Spanish business. You will be the standalone HR professional in Madrid, guiding managers and employees on local HR matters and ensuring practices align with company policies and Spanish law.

Formación

• Degree in Labour Relations, HR or related field.
• Experience in a generalist HR role.
• Knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and HR practices.
• Standalone HR professional with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for Spain on HR matters.
• Provide practical HR advice across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach managers in people management practices.
• Coordinate onboarding, recruitment and training activities.
• Maintain HR records and HR systems.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation.
