Horse Powertrain Limited in Madrid seeks an HR Project Management and Governance (HR PMO) professional to drive global HR initiatives. You will provide governance, execution and transformation support, coordinating leadership routines, milestones and risk management across cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Experience coordinating projects in complex or international environments.
• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Analytical mindset to interpret information and identify risks.
• Experience preparing presentations and dashboards for leadership teams.
• Collaborative, proactive and solution-oriented with delivery focus.
• Degree in Business, HR, PM or related discipline preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate HR governance activities, including leadership meetings and governance calendars.
• Maintain oversight of HR project portfolio, milestones and risks.
• Support CHRO with executive presentations and governance packs.
• Monitor HR performance metrics and project progress.
• Coordinate change and adoption activities for HR initiatives.
• Partner with HR teams to align priorities and resources.
• Contribute to governance assurance activities and documentation.
• Help improve governance processes and ways of working.
