Job summary

Alcazar Energy in Madrid seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the DOM team's people strategy, partnering with senior management to translate plans into people actions and ensure lawful compliance.

You will collaborate with Alcazar HQ on governance, budgets, and talent programs, support global HR initiatives, and oversee the full employee lifecycle for a multinational workforce.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or international qualification in HR or related field.
• 8+ years in mid to senior HR roles in multinational organisations.
• Experience in Spain and EU labour laws is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of annual operational business plans and KPIs for the DOM team.
• Advise DOM senior management on people matters and align with Alcazar HQ.
• Lead internal communications on HR policies and frameworks for the DOM.
• Act as HRBP for DOM matters globally and ensure timely guidance.
• Implement HR services and governance with Alcazar HQ.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle for DOM staff.
• Understand Spanish and European labour law and apply to decisions.
• Manage HR governance and planning; maintain frameworks and policies.
• Collaborate with Alcazar HQ; monitor budgets and plans.
• Report to Head of HR and interact with DOM senior management.
