The successful candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills, along with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in human resources. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday is preferred. This role offers an opportunity to drive employee engagement and ensure ethical standards within the organization.

Formación

• High level of English proficiency.

Responsabilidades
