Horse Powertrain Ltd is hiring a Head of Learning & Development to lead the design, governance, and evolution of our global L&D function. You will build a world-class learning ecosystem, align programs with business strategy, and drive a high-performance culture across regions.

Responsibilities include shaping the global LMS catalogue, designing end-to-end learning journeys, conducting skills gap analyses, and partnering with HR and leaders to deliver compliant, impactful development

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, organizational development, education or psychology.
• Proven track record leading or scaling an L&D function in a global org.
• Experience managing LMS and catalogues enterprise-wide.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, governance, and evolution of our global Learning & Development function.
• Own and enhance the L&D governance, catalogues, and LMS within the LMS.
• Design end-to-end learning journeys from onboarding to leadership development.
• Conduct skills gap analyses and partner with HR/leaders to identify needs.
• Build and manage global learning programs (compliance, technical, leadership).
• Establish and continuously improve L&D processes for consistent regional delivery.
• Partner with external training providers and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Monitor learning effectiveness, compliance and adoption; use data to improve programs.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead the design, governance, and continuous evolution of our global Learning & Development function by building a world-class learning ecosystem that equips employees with the skills needed to achieve our business strategy and drive a high-performance culture.

• Develop and execute the global Learning & Development strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce planning.
• Own and continuously enhance the company's learning catalogue and HPL Academy within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Design end-to-end learning journeys, from onboarding through role-specific, leadership and executive development programs.
• Conduct skills gap analyses and partner with HR and business leaders to identify current and future capability needs.
• Build and manage global learning programs, including compliance, technical, leadership and professional development initiatives.
• Establish and continuously improve L&D governance, methodologies and processes to deliver a consistent learning experience across all regions.
• Partner with external training providers and internal stakeholders to source, develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions.
• Monitor learning effectiveness, training compliance and adoption, using data and feedback to continuously improve programs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven track record and experience building, leading or scaling a Learning & Development function or Center of Excellence within a global organization.
• Strong experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and owning enterprise-wide learning catalogues.
• Expertise in designing learning strategies, competency frameworks and end-to-end development programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with global stakeholders.
• Passion for developing people, enabling organizational transformation and embedding a strong learning culture.
