HCLTech is seeking an experienced Generalist HR professional in Madrid, Spain, to implement HR policies and processes across entities. The role supports employees and managers on policy interpretation, ensures local compliance, and manages the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.

The candidate will conduct disciplinary actions, drive engagement programs, and analyze attrition while liaising with internal teams to meet SLAs.

Formación

• 8–12 years experience in Generalist HR
• Proven knowledge of local employment laws
• Strong English and Spanish communication abilities

Responsabilidades

• Implement HR policies and processes for HCLTech entities.
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Conduct disciplinary, grievance, appeal hearings and write outcomes.
• Manage employee lifecycle and lifecycle events.
• Conduct exit interviews and attrition analysis.
• Drive employee engagement and capability enhancement programs.
• Coordinate with internal process stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Ensure SLA-based service delivery and report on HR tracks.
