About your talent is seeking a Head of HR, EMEA based in Madrid to lead the HR function across the EMEA region, aligning local practice with the global People strategy and supporting senior leaders.

The role combines strategic thinking with operational execution, building and guiding the regional HR team, advising on people matters and driving HR transformation across multiple countries.

Formación

• Proven experience leading HR functions across multiple countries.
• Strong generalist HR background with employee relations, talent management, development and HR operations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive the EMEA HR strategy aligned with global People strategy.
• Act as strategic HRBP to EMEA leadership and senior country leaders.
• Lead and develop the regional HR team with clear objectives and high performance.
• Oversee regional talent management and succession planning with global HR partners.
• Support leaders through growth, restructuring, integration or transformation.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and policies.
