Formación

• Proven experience leading HR Operations or People Excellence teams.
• Strong background in HR service delivery and payroll operations.
• Experience implementing automation and AI-enabled HR solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of high-quality HR services across the Iberian market.
• Oversee payroll support and HR operational processes to deliver a seamless employee experience.
• Monitor and drive performance against key service delivery KPIs.
• Inspire, coach and develop a team of People Excellence professionals.
