Suntory Beverage & Food Spain is seeking a People Excellence Lead Iberia to drive HR services and payroll support across the Iberian market. You will lead a team delivering reliable, compliant, employee-centric services and partner with business leaders to enable scalable HR operations.

You will champion digital innovation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions, ensuring governance and continuous improvement across HR processes and systems.

Formación

• Proven experience leading HR Operations, Shared Services or People Excellence teams.
• Strong HR service delivery and payroll operations background.
• Deep knowledge of compliance, controls, audits and risk management.
• Experience improving HR processes via systems, automation and excellence.
• Strong stakeholder management across local and regional teams.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proven change management and continuous improvement capability.
• Fluent English and Spanish communication.
• Thrives in fast-paced, complex environments.
