You will administer HRIS, onboard new hires, assist with employee relations, manage benefits, and contribute to performance programs and HR projects while ensuring compliance.

This full-time, on-site role offers collaboration with HR colleagues across functions in a multinational setting.

Formación

• Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years HR generalist or specialist experience.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain HRIS accuracy and compliance.
• Process onboarding: background checks, offers, orientations.
• Support employee relations and escalate complex issues.
