Thexpeople in Madrid, Spain is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a Dutch company based in Madrid. The role involves working with international teams and stakeholders in the Netherlands to manage end-to-end HR processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR, Dutch nationality, and fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication and organizational skills to support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role.
• Dutch nationality is mandatory.
• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
• Solid knowledge of general HR processes and employment practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.

Responsabilidades
