Thexpeople, based in Madrid, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to join a well-established Dutch company. You will work with international teams, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in HR, is Dutch and fluent in Dutch and English, and can manage HR processes, employee relations, and development initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role.
• Dutch nationality is mandatory.
• Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English.
• Solid knowledge of general HR processes and employment practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support a wide range of HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support performance management, employee relations, training, and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and support recruitment processes when required.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in the Netherlands.
• Prepare HR reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures.
