Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; 3 years experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
• 4-year degree required; 1 year experience in revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and reports revenue management data; compiles information and monitors actual vs projected sales.
• Identifies underlying factors driving information by breaking data into parts and evaluating results.
• Uses computers and systems to process information and generate reports and insights.
• Drives pricing and positioning strategies to maximize cluster properties' revenue and occupancy.

Education

2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major

4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
