Hilton Barcelona seeks a Director of Revenue Strategy - Franchise to lead pricing and revenue management for the hotel portfolio. You will set budgets, forecast performance, monitor market trends and coordinate with sales to drive revenue growth.

This role requires strong collaboration across teams, robust reporting skills and the ability to optimize distribution content, prices and availability to maximise profitability.

Qualifications

• Achieving the hotel budgets and monthly forecast goals.
• Monitor data to determine pricing strategy and report internal price proposals.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (sales) to drive business needs including tools, data, reporting and processes.
• Monitor market data and competitors to guide revenue strategies.
• Ensure distribution channels have correct content, availability and prices.
• Provide information to management and deliver reports.
• Lead revenue strategy for Conference & Events and ensure alignment with overall revenue strategy.

Responsibilities

• Achieving the hotel budgets and monthly forecast goals.
• Determine pricing strategy based on results and market developments.
• Collaborate with sales to drive needs of the business including tools, data, reporting and processes.
• Monitor market data and competitors and react to trends.
• Oversee content, availability and pricing across distribution channels.
• Deliver presentations and reports to General Managers and corporate positions.
• Lead revenue strategy for Conference & Events with pricing and demand management decisions.
• Align C&E, Rooms, F&B and total revenue strategies.
