Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Associate Cluster Revenue Manager to deliver pricing, yield, and total revenue optimization for a designated hotel cluster. You will work with hotel teams and commercial stakeholders to drive profitable revenue and market share.

Strong analytical capability, system literacy (RMS, PMS, distribution), and excellent communication are essential. The role requires an EU work permit and fluent English, with potential for career growth across our global portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance or Statistics.
• 3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing and/or Distribution.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken; other languages are a plus.
• EU work permit required.

Responsabilidades

• Understand market dynamics and monitor competitor pricing to grow revenue and RevPAR.
• Deliver effective pricing and ensure optimal inventory for all revenue streams.
• Generate revenue forecasts and budgets for hotels in area of responsibility.
• Extract data from relevant systems for problem solving and analysis.
• Drive optimization of new systems and tools to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Area/Corporate Support Office and hotel teams to align direction.
