• Manage guest requests and ensure prompt and satisfactory follow-up.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to assist guests.
