Placements24 is recruiting a Concierge Supervisor for a charming hotel in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will lead the guest services team, manage the concierge desk, and ensure seamless arrangements for tours, transport, and dining. Your local knowledge will help deliver personalized guest experiences.

You will oversee reservations, mentor staff, and uphold exceptional service standards, including handling guest inquiries and follow-ups while maintaining a detailed knowledge of the area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in concierge, guest services, or front desk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Queenstown and surrounding attractions.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and guest-focused attitude.
• Proficient in hotel reservation systems and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the daily operations of the Concierge desk, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
• Make reservations and arrangements for tours, transportation, theatre tickets, and restaurant bookings.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and local knowledge.
• Manage guest requests and ensure prompt and satisfactory follow-up.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area.
• Assist in training and mentoring concierge staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
• Handle guest feedback related to concierge services and report any issues.
• Maintain the appearance and organization of the concierge area.
• Build and maintain relationships with local tour operators, restaurants, and transport providers.
