Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Tour Guide and Experience Facilitator for tours in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will lead guided tours, share local history and culture, ensure safety, and create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, storytelling skills, a passion for the outdoors, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver’s license. You will work flexible hours, including weekends, in a beautiful natural setting.

About the Role

Our client, a renowned adventure tourism operator in Queenstown, Eastern Cape, is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide and Experience Facilitator. This role involves leading guided tours, educating visitors about the local history, culture, and natural environment, and ensuring an engaging and safe experience for all participants. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Queenstown area. You will be the face of our client's operations, responsible for creating memorable experiences for tourists from around the world.

Requirements

• First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage groups effectively.
• A genuine passion for tourism and sharing local knowledge.
• Must be physically fit and able to conduct tours in various conditions.
• Based in or have reliable transportation to Queenstown, Eastern Cape.
