ROBINSON is seeking a Chef Patissier to craft refined desserts for our menus and buffets across our clubs. You’ll lead sweet creations for gala dinners, buffets, and the ROBINSON bistro line, turning desserts into art.

Beyond pastry, you’ll act as a quality manager, checking deliveries, ensuring storage, and maintaining unforgettable guest experiences. You should be passionate, highly professional, and ready to live in one of our clubs for at least six months with accommodation provided.

Formación

• Training as a pastry chef or chef.
• Several years of experience as a patissier.
• Willingness to live and work in one of our clubs for at least six consecutive months.
• Team-oriented, independent and responsible work method.
• Enjoy interacting with international guests and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare sweet dishes and desserts for menus and buffets including the ROBINSON bistro line.
• Create desserts for special events such as picnics by the lake or beach dinners.
• Act as a quality manager: check deliveries, ensure storage, and maintain taste quality.
• Provide guests with an unforgettable vacation and maintain friendly contact.
