Master is seeking an Assistant Apart-hotel Manager in Barcelona to join our team. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across our prime apart-hotel property.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in hospitality, fluent Spanish and English, strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and a hands-on, independent approach.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality or guest services.
• Fluent Spanish; strong English communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest-relations skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and composure under pressure.
• Proficient with property management systems.
• High level of responsibility and initiative.
• Willingness to work flexible days and hours.

Responsabilidades

• Guest Room Readiness: ensure rooms are immaculate before arrivals.
• Guest Assistance & Satisfaction: assist guests and respond to requests.
• Quality Assurance: monitor guest satisfaction and identify improvements.
• Operational Support: support hotel operations in the manager's absence.
• Issue Resolution: address issues promptly and effectively.
