Responsibilities

Define and execute the real estate strategy across the portfolio.
Identify, assess, and secure high-potential real estate investment opportunities.

Collaborate with legal, financial, operations, revenue, and design teams to maximize asset profitability.
Analyze market trends, P&L and competitive landscapes for informed decisions.

Oversee portfolio performance and implement value enhancement strategies.
