weVLC, a Valencia-first real estate investment and transformation platform, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to turn ambition into predictable execution across delivery, renovations, finance, compliance and tenant experience.

This senior leadership role spans building the operating model, leading a growing team, and delivering projects on time and on budget, with direct exposure to the CEO, board and international investors in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• 8–15+ years of relevant experience in operations and scaling.
• Experience managing multi-project execution with budgets, timelines and teams.
• Strong financial, analytical and reporting capability.
• Experience with operational P&L and portfolio performance.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end operational execution across the weVLC platform.
• Project delivery of property acquisitions, renovations and transformations.
• Timeline reliability, budget discipline and quality control.
• Operational P&L performance and project-level financial control.
• Building, leading and professionalising the operational team.
• Supplier, contractor and stakeholder coordination.
• Compliance, liability and operational risk management.
• Investor success, structured reporting and communication rhythm.
• Tenant experience, community operations and service quality.
• Scalable processes, dashboards, systems and accountability structures.
