Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of privacy to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role centers on data privacy, regulatory compliance, DPIAs, and processing activities, including privacy notices and vendor DPAs across core workflows.

Fully remote, 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start. Candidates should have 5+ years in data privacy, strong written communication, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure regulator and customer scrutiny.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and gdpr/ccpa gap assessments
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
