Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of compliance to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This flexible, part-time role (5-20 hours/week) is fully remote with an ASAP start.

Candidates should have 5+ years in financial services regulatory compliance or risk to craft AI-generated outputs across regulatory filings, policy drafting, and board materials. Ideal applicants will demonstrate expert document craftsmanship and precise written communication,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policy, or control-testing documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Cover regulatory-filing and disclosure review, compliance-policy drafting, control-testing and audit-response documentation.
• Prepare regulator correspondence and board risk committee materials.
