Job summary

Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world-leading investors. We are seeking an experienced head of regulatory compliance to train AI models on professional documents and ensure privacy across workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, ownership of DPIAs, and drafting privacy notices and DPAs. Remote, flexible hours, ASAP start, $90/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and DPAs that withstand regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Excellent written communication and expertise in document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for privacy workflows including DPIAs and privacy notices.
• Review and update records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, DPAs, and breach notification protocols.
