Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced regulatory compliance managers to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, leveraging 5+ years in data privacy and regulatory compliance.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week, start ASAP, compensation $90 per hour, and focuses on DPIAs, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, and DPAs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance with DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that withstand regulator and customer scrutiny
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Lead DPIAs, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, and DPAs with thorough accuracy.
• Ensure outputs meet regulatory standards and stakeholder expectations.
