Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced privacy and regulatory compliance analysts to help train a foundation AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across DPIAs, RoPAs, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, and breach protocols with strong attention to accuracy and regulator-friendly standards.

This remote, part-time opportunity offers flexible 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, and a compensation of $90/hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, with direct ownership of DPIAs and records of processing activities
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that stand up to regulator and customer scrutiny
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail in document, spreadsheet, and slide work

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core privacy workflows
• Develop and improve DPIA, RoPA, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, and data protection protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance in training data and outputs
