Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced privacy analysts to help train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own and refine DPIAs, RoPA, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, and DPAs with precision and clarity.

This fully remote, flexible role requires 5–20 hours weekly, starts ASAP, and offers collaboration with top investors and researchers on important data protection tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance, with direct ownership of DPIAs, records of processing activities, and GDPR/CCPA gap assessments.
• Experience drafting privacy notices and vendor data-processing agreements that hold up to regulator and customer scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core privacy workflows.
• Oversee data protection impact assessments, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, privacy notices, vendor data-processing agreements, and breach notification protocols.
