Super is seeking a Head of Risk and Resilience to build and lead our organisational resilience capability across Europe. This senior, hands-on role will embed resilience thinking into how every part of the business operates, reporting to the Group Risk and Audit Director and guiding a small team.

You will mature the resilience function, manage cross‑functional risk, and coordinate incident response for major disruptions while partnering with technology and product leaders to close gaps.

Formación

• 8+ years in operational resilience, with 3+ years in a senior/leadership role.
• Proven track record building or maturing a resilience programme.
• Experience designing and running resilience tests (tabletops, simulations, failover).
• Strong knowledge of resilience frameworks and standards (ISO 22301, BCI guidelines).
• Experience managing third‑party and vendor dependency risk for critical services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to align execs with resilience ownership.
• Ability to act as incident commander during live disruptions with calm leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executives and the Board.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end operational resilience across business units.
• Own business continuity and disaster recovery planning, testing, and action translation.
• Build resilience playbooks for critical services and third-party risks.
• Serve as incident lead during major disruptions and drive resolution.
• Embed resilience thinking across business, product, and technology teams.
• Build a network of resilience owners and conduct workshops and training.
• Grow the resilience function with the team and secure investment rationale.
