Super Technologies seeks a Head of Risk and Resilience to build and lead its organisational resilience capability from the ground up in Madrid and across Europe. This senior role embeds resilience thinking into how every part of the business operates, partnering with leaders to close gaps in continuity and risk management.

Reporting to the Group Risk and Audit Director, you will manage a small team, run drills, and drive resilience across technology, product, and operations.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in operational resilience
• 3+ years in a senior or leadership role
• Experience building or maturing a resilience/continuity programme
• Experience running resilience tests (tabletop, simulations, failover)
• Strong knowledge of resilience frameworks and standards (ISO 22301, BCI)
• Experience managing third‑party/Vendor dependency risk
• Strong stakeholder management with tech and business leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication to executives/board

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational risk identification and control assessment across business units
• Own business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing
• Build resilience playbooks for critical services
• Act as incident lead during major disruptions
• Embed resilience thinking across business, product and tech teams
• Grow a network of resilience owners and run workshops
• Manage a team of 2 and support the wider risk team
• Make the business case for resilience investments in new markets and launches
