Finom is seeking an Enterprise Risk & Reporting Lead to design and operate a robust risk management framework across the organisation. You will ensure regulatory readiness, translate complex risk data into clear reports, and support capital and liquidity planning as the company scales.

The role combines hands-on work with leadership responsibilities, shaping risk culture across Europe. You will engage with regulators, supervisors, and senior stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Formación

• Experience in enterprise risk management within regulated financial services or banking.
• Knowledge of risk frameworks, risk appetite, RCSA, scenario analysis, stress testing, ICAAP.
• Experience with regulatory expectations and banking/payment instruments.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate the company’s enterprise risk management framework.
• Define risk appetite and monitor resilience under stress.
• Support capital and liquidity planning and regulatory reporting.
• Evaluate new products and strategic changes through a risk lens.
• Translate risk information into clear reporting for senior management.
