Super Technologies seeks a Head of Risk and Resilience to design and lead our organisational resilience capability across Europe. You will embed resilience into product, technology, and business decisions, and manage a small resilience team while reporting to Group Risk and Audit Director.

Travel to offices in Europe including Madrid is required. You will build and mature a resilience programme, run tests and tabletop exercises, and partner with executives to own and close gaps in continuity,

Formación

• Eight+ years in operational resilience with senior/leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build or mature resilience/continuity programmes from scratch or scale.
• Experience designing and running resilience tests (tabletop, simulations, failover) and translating results into actions.
• Knowledge of resilience frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 22301, BCI Good Practice Guidelines).

Responsabilidades

• Lead identification and control assessment across units for specialist risk advice.
• Own business continuity and disaster recovery planning with regular testing.
• Build resilience playbooks for critical services including third-party risk.
• Act as incident lead during major disruptions and coordinate response.
• Embed resilience thinking across product, tech, and business planning with leadership.
• Develop resilience owners network and run workshops to address gaps.
