Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is partnering with a leading International School in Madrid to hire a Head of Admissions. This strategic leadership role drives student recruitment and retention and oversees the admissions function to support growth.

You will use admissions data, metrics, and KPIs to optimize performance, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with stakeholders. Fluent English and Spanish are required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent is expected.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving student recruitment and retention, enhancing the family experience, leading the admissions function to support the school's continued growth, and using admissions data, metrics, and KPIs to optimize performance and achieve enrollment targets.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience in Admissions, Student Recruitment, Enrollment Management, Business Development, Customer Experience, or a similar role.
• Previous experience within the education sector, preferably in an international school environment.
• Track record of achieving enrollment targets and driving growth initiatives.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems and analyzing admissions data and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on, results-oriented approach.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
