Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Fenin Grant & PGB Event Manager to lead end-to-end educational grant and HCP meeting services for MedTech clients under Fenin compliance. The role covers platform management, logistics, budgeting, and compliant reporting across national and international events.

You will coordinate with clients, hospitals and suppliers, ensure transparency, confidentiality, and timely execution, while supporting annual audits and documentation control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of meetings & events management experience in Health Sciences
• Strong experience with HCP services under confidentiality/compliance constraints
• Experience managing congress registrations, attendee logistics, supplier coordination, and financial reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end educational grant and HCP meeting operations under the FENIN framework using the PGB platform
• Coordinate workflows between clients, hospitals, HCPs and suppliers ensuring hospitality and transparency compliance
• Manage attendee services including registrations, accommodation, transportation and related logistics
• Prepare and manage budgets, reconciliations, invoicing and financial reporting in PGB and internal systems
• Coordinate sourcing, supplier management and logistics for national and international events while negotiating compliant rates
• Support annual KPMG/FENIN audit processes and maintain documentation management
• Monitor timelines, approvals and milestones to ensure on-time execution
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, hospitals and client teams across the event lifecycle
• Provide event reporting and operational analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with FENIN confidentiality requirements and maintain detailed records
