American Express Global Business Travel seeks a Senior Operations Manager to drive multi-country event operations across Spain and Italy. The role focuses on delivering high-quality events, coaching regional teams, and aligning regional practices with global standards.

You will manage client relationships, lead organizational change, and act as a trusted advisor for strategic partners while expanding external visibility in key markets.

Formación

• 10+ years in event agency operations/production.
• Fluent in Spanish, English; Italian a plus.
• Proven experience managing large multi-country teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and external communication skills.
• Leads in the event/communication industry.
• Has an existing network to boost visibility externally.

Responsabilidades

• Drive operational excellence and high-quality event delivery across Spain and Italy.
• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders to foster accountability and collaboration.
• Lead change initiatives (process harmonization, new tools, AI adoption).
• Serve as senior escalation point for major clients and ensure delivery aligns with expectations.
• Represent the agency externally in Spanish & Italian markets to boost visibility.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align global standards and multi-market delivery.
• Ensure client satisfaction, profitability, and efficient project execution.
