Gore is seeking an HCP Engagement Specialist to oversee compliant Medical Training & Education activities across EMEA. You will govern HCP nomination, qualification, engagement, and compensation, ensuring decisions are well-documented and aligned with educational needs.

You will collaborate with Regional Compliance, Brand Managers, and other stakeholders across EMEA, evaluating faculty effectiveness and maintaining qualified speaker pools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including medical education, HCP engagement, marketing or product management, clinical training/support, compliance operations, or related healthcare environment.
• Strong judgment and ability to make objective, well-supported decisions.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate challenging conversations and negotiations with internal stakeholders and external HCPs.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and manage the Annual Needs Assessment (ANA).
• Use the ANA to guide HCP selection, faculty pool planning, and utilization.
• Lead and govern HCP nomination, qualification, and engagement selection using objective criteria.
• Facilitate review and maintenance of qualified HCP speaker pools.
• Support HCP compensation and consulting arrangements per FMV and policies.
• Review new educational concepts to align with needs and engagement requirements.
• Conduct periodic reviews of HCP engagement activities and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate faculty effectiveness using feedback and utilization data.
• Partner with Regional Compliance Champion to ensure consistent interpretation of requirements.
• Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, HCP Interactions, Compliance while maintaining independence.
