Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver the Western Europe HCP strategy, translating strategic priorities into clear, actionable market plans that drive measurable impact.
• Embed HCP strategy into brand planning and field execution, setting clear objectives, KPIs and success measures to assess effectiveness and impact.
• Design and optimize the right mix of face-to-face and digital HCP engagement, using insights and performance data to continuously improve outcomes.
• Partner with medical, brand, commercial, sales and digital teams to deliver relevant, evidence-based HCP experiences aligned with brand and business priorities.
• Lead the regional HCP team, providing clear strategic direction, strengthening capabilities and driving consistent execution across Western European markets.
• Drive investment and resource prioritization based on expected impact, track HCP performance and outcomes, and ensure appropriate governance and compliance.
