Job summary

Opella is seeking an HCP Lead for Western Europe to translate global strategy into locally relevant priorities, shaping how we engage pharmacists and healthcare teams. You will drive the delivery of our HCP program across markets, using data to optimize engagement and guide investments in capabilities and governance.

You will mentor talent, foster collaboration across medical, brand, and commercial functions, and push for sustainable, people-centered initiatives that advance Opella's mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, HCP engagement or field leadership with proven impact.
• Ability to turn HCP strategy into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing omnichannel HCP engagements across face-to-face and digital channels.
• Inclusive leadership and collaboration across markets.
• Fluent English; additional Western Europe language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the Western Europe HCP strategy with actionable market plans.
• Embed HCP strategy into brand planning and field execution with KPIs.
• Design and optimize face-to-face and digital HCP engagement using insights.
• Partner with medical, brand, commercial, sales and digital teams.
• Lead the regional HCP team with clear direction and governance.
• Drive investment, track performance and ensure governance.
