Job summary

Align Technology in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Clinical Education Specialist EMEA to lead learning initiatives across EMEA. The role focuses on building scalable education platforms and go-to-market training, liaising with SMEs to deliver practical programs and education messaging.

You will oversee onboarding through ongoing development, work with cross-functional teams, and report to the Associate Director, Clinical Education EMEA, Ortho. This is an in-office role based in Madrid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in education, marketing, or business.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Minimum 2 years in digital education.
• Experience creating practical training and certification programs for go-to-market strategies.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with virtual classrooms and authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver education support to grow the business.
• Coordinate OR and GP education projects and manage system documentation.
• Plan meetings, identify requirements, and develop schedules.
• Collaborate with OR and GP Education Managers on education initiatives.
• Maintain education collateral and digital libraries for customers and sales.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and maintain Align Education sites.
